Question: How do I become a member? Answer: To become a member is easy, simply fill in your details online, telephone or call into our office. For all memberships we require two forms of identification, one of which must be a photograph I.D. * and the other I.D. must be a proof of address ** *Passport or Driving License ** Any utility bill, council tax bill, mobile phone bill, insurance letter, bank statement, credit card statement or any official letter showing your full postal address. Please note any proof of address identifications must not be more than three months old. Once your identification(s) have been certified they are valid for one year. Question: How soon will my money get to the Pakistan? Answer:All cash payments are made on the next working day. Payments sent to Pakistani bank accounts will reach in three working days providing they are online. Other types of accounts can take up to five working days. Question: Where does KS Money transfer funds to? Answer: At present KS MONEY makes cash and bank transfers nationwide in Pakistan. Question: What rate of exchange will I receive? Answer: Exchange rates are given on a daily basis. E.g. The day your transaction is made. Question: What fees are charged for using your service? Answer:We currently charge a fee of £5 per transaction Question:How am I able to make a payment? Answer:At our main office we only accept cash as a method of paymen. For those not local we do offer a facility where you can deposit funds directly into any of the following bank accounts. Natwest ac: 50516566 s/code: 01-07-44. For any areas in Scotland where Natwest is not available please contact our head office Question:Can I make payment via credit or debit card? Answer:KS Money does not accept payments by Credit Card or Debit Card. Question:How will the recipient receive the money in Pakistan? Answer:We have stations located in all major cities in Pakistan ensuring your loved ones can collect the funds quickly. To collect the funds the receiving party simply takes their Pakistani I.D. card along to the office on the due date. Question:Which details of the beneficiary do I need to provide? Answer:If the recipient is collecting cash, we simply need the full name (must include fathers/husbands name, whichever is applicable) as it appears on their Pakistani I.D. card. Please note payments in cash will not be made to people who do not hold a computerized card. For bank remittance transactions, we need the full name of the account holder, the name and full address of receiving bank along with the beneficiaries’ phone number if possible.
